Based on the classical magnetic bead separation principle methodology, the 96-well deep-hole plate was used as the test carrier to realize the automatic extraction and purification of high-throughput and high-purity DNA/RNA. It has all the operation steps and functions of conventional magnetic bead method for nucleic acid extraction, and meets the requirements of high purity and fine purification of nucleic acid.
